Have you ever think of sponsoring a child? Every time I heard someone sponsored a child and start talking about the child story (eg. how they feel when receiving the child's result report, writing letter to them and buying them Christmas or new year gift,etc). Terry-Cloth Caddy

Clear off bathroom countertops by storing toiletries in a hanging organizer. To make one, just stitch a few seams in a hand towel.

Tools and Materials:
Hand towel (about 19 inches by 40 inches)
Straight pins
Sewing machine
1/2-inch-diameter dowel (2 inches longer than width of towel)
One yard grosgrain ribbon

Step by step:

Fold down top of towel 1 1/2 inches; pin, then sew to create a channel for the dowel.
Flip towel over; fold it onto itself so it overlaps about 5 inches; pin.
Repeat to make a second pleat so bottom edge of towel is bottom edge of caddy; pin.
Sew along both sides of towel, leaving channel at top open and reinforcing pockets' corners.
Sew two more seams to divide towel's width into thirds.
Pass dowel through channel, tie ribbon to both ends, and hang.

Peach/ Mango Crumble

Servings: 5

Ingredients:
1 Can of Peach + Mango (825g) (Pour away juice)
1 cup of flour (either wholemeal flour or self-raising flour)
80g butter
1 cup of brown sugar or (1/2 cup of brown sugar + 1/2 cup of white sugar)
Cinnamon powder
1/4 of oats
Raisins
Vanilla ice-cream

Directions:
1. Mix all (except fruits), rub mixture
2. Pour fruits onto oven-proof tray, put raisins
3. Pre-heat oven to 220 degree celsius
4. Pour mixture onto fruits + raisins
5. Put in oven for 30 minutes
6. Serve with Vanilla ice-cream

Note:
Cut down on the sugar (I think it's too sweet!)

Have you ever tried cocktails before? Have you made cocktails yourselves? It's not that hard to make the cocktails. It must be very wonderful if gather with buddies and taste the cocktails which make it ourselves.

Below is various kind of cocktail recommended by www.pussycatmagazine.com.

Pearl Diver
This is a sweet and fruity drink that's great for folks who don't want to taste the booze in their buzz. Mix equal parts Midori (or unbrand) melon liquor and Malibu (or unbrand) coconut rum. Fill the rest of glass with pineapple juice, top with a splash of milk, half-and-half or cream. Shake and serve.

The Blue Hawaiian
Mix one part light rum with one part blue curacao. Top with pineapple juice. Shake and serve.

Scorpion Bowl
Mix two parts orange juice and two parts lemon juice with one part orgeat (almond) syrup, two parts light rum and one part brandy. Shake and serve.

Rum Runner
Mix two parts light or gold rum with one part each of blackberry brandy and crème de banana liquor. Top with equal parts pineapple juice and orange juice. Add a splash of grenadine. Shake. Add a dark rum float to the top.

Hurricane
Mix equal parts dark rum, light rum and 151 rum. Top with equal parts orange juice, pineapple juice and sour mix. Top with a splash of grenadine. Shake and serve.

Mai T'ai
Mix equal parts gold rum and orange curacao. Add equal parts sour mix, pineapple juice, orange juice and orgeat syrup. Shake and pour into glass. Add a dark rum float by splashing a bit of rum into the top of the drink.

The Lava Flow
Mix two shots of light rum with pineapple juice, Coco Lopez coconut milk and fresh cream. Shake and top with fresh strawberry slices and pineapple chunks.

The Bahama Mama
Mix equal parts dark rum and spiced rum. Top with equal parts pineapple juice and orange juice. Shake and serve.

Chicken with Tomatoes & Mushrooms

Counting my fingers, I have about 10 female best friends, not a big deal rite? I just discussed about this topic with my hubby, he comment that I have 'too many' and 'too easily' categorizeg my friends as 'BEST FRIENDS". I totally disagreed with him! Since I have lots of friends that we still keep in touch since we meet 10-20 years ago, what's wrong if I have so many best friends, they are from different groups and backgrounds. I treasure everyone of them because they are my soul mates and very supportive in my life, I really hope that we can be FOREVER FRIENDS.

'Sex & the City', one of my favourite US series. My friend bought me Season 1 as my birthday present in year 2006. I started to collect the complete set (Season 1-6). Lately, I heard this year will have 'Sex & the City Movie', can't wait to watch it. By the way, I watch till Season 3 only; 3 more seasons to go. I must finish the series before I watch the movie :)

I loved this series so much because they are so open talking about 'sex' with their friends, so they understand man better. Besides, I am attracted to the clothes and assesories they wearing. Only one thing I can't accept - 'ONS' (One Nite Stand) is so common for them.
